Mission: Our mission is to provide Black Catholics a place to embrace our rich heritage as we celebrate our faith within the Body of Christ.
Vision: To empower Black Catholics by providing a voice and presence within the Diocese of Tucson.
Objectives:

- To raise the awareness of gifts that we bring to the community
- To educate other Christians on the beauty and universality of Catholicism
Short Term Goals:
- Develop a set of By laws
- Elect a treasurer and secretary
- Create letterhead
- Create website
- Join the IMA and Black Chamber
- Hold three annual masses
- Include youth in our masses
- Have an annual retreat
- Invite other religions to our mass
- Visit other faith churches and attend gatherings
- Letters to other parishes about our masses
Long Term Goals:
- Identify the Black Catholic Presence in the Diocese (mailing list)
- Three annual masses
- Outreach to youth
- Outreach to other Catholic ethnic communities
- Create a scholarship fund for Christian youth
- Educate other Black Christians about Catholicism
